Happier thumbs!

The expert mouse trackball has been in place since last Tuesday and I am so happy about it. I can feel the difference already.

I think part of what had me being so whiny last week is missing Jill, and missing having a community that I’m fully part of. That’s starting to happen at work, and over the weekend, I also jumped into creating it outside of work.

There was a Communication: The Power to Create course at the Landmark Education center here in Atlanta last weekend, and I went to assist with the course. Out of that, I’ve been asked to coach the Self Expression & Leadership Program, starting immediately!

I met my participants Monday evening; they’re so wonderful. I have 5 coachees, 2 men & 3 women; 2 people in sales, 1 massage therapist, 1 child-care worker, and 1 person changing careers. I’m so excited about their projects! So far, we have a teen-employment/summer food program; a huge dog-adoption/care fundraiser; an ovarian cancer research fundraiser, and 2 more projects being defined. I’m going to be creating a children’s fair in Decatur, that raises $ for the public library. All that by May 18!
