Fruit & Veg & Leg Cramps Update

Leg Cramps: It looks like I need to do all of the suggestions — bananas, falt/natural sea salt w minerals, tonic water and stretching — in order to keep the leg cramps under control. I get approximately a 1 day grace period and then they either come back or my legs just feel tight and about to cramp all day. And night.
Fruit & Veg, 11/1/2005: ~1 oz carrots & spinach on a sandwich, & 1 pear (I’m out of bananas).
