Basically, I ignored my healthy eating goals over the weekend. I had an apple last night after we got back from DC. But I can’t remember eating any other fruits or veggies on Saturday or Sunday. (I don’t think the fresh dill in the chicken salad sandwiches counts, however delicious it was.)

Oddly enough, I also didn’t have any leg cramps or particularly severe heartburn. But I won’t take that experience as a recommendation NOT to eat healthfully.

    That was Friday. :)

    It is true that on Friday, I had an apple, a handful of cooked grapes, a bite of amazing squash and delicious squash ravioli.
