This will probably be my last post until 12/26 or 12/27. We leave tomorrow after work, driving to spend Christmas with Jill’s parents and visiting our friends Erin & Kevin and their kids. The plan is to drive ~half way tomorrow evening, and the rest of the way on Friday.

That’ll be my last travel at all until some time after the baby is born. :) :) :)

And on Friday, I’ll officially have 6 weeks left until my due date. SCARY. And at the same time,  I’m getting excited.  And tired of being pregnant.

Amusing and Random Thoughts:

  • I am bringing approximately 5 lbs of organic gala apples with us.
  • This blog has converted at least one other pregnant person to my gala apple appreciation club (or GAAC!)
  • It’s a Boy: Women Writers on Raising Sons, edited by Andrea Buchanan, is outstanding.
  • I can only think of 7 positive things that I would include on my Top 10 Things I’m Looking Forward To Doing When I’m Not Pregnant. And I don’t want to list things of the "stop doing X" variety.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas.

If you don’t celebrate Christmas, at least you can look forward to an end of the pervasive Christmas music and diminishing frequency of the phrase "War on Christmas." I think those sound wonderful and I do celebrate Christmas!
