I’ve decided that all of these things have to be positive, ie "not getting winded from walking up the stairs" would be excluded. It isn’t something I’ll be doing, it’s the negative version of something I’m doing now.

10.  Cracking my back.

9.    Sleeping on my stomach.

8.     Drinking a whole really good beer. Or 2.

7.    Fearlessly brushing my teeth.

6.    Wearing pants that don’t have a special knit panel that stretches over my belly. Like my super-soft, golden brown cords.

5.    Bending over to tie my shoes or pick up something I drop, without even thinking about it.

4.    Wearing my favorite sweaters and sweatshirts. Or even ones I don’t especially like that aren’t the three that fit right now.
