I finally remembered to bring the camara upstairs!

Here are my favorite pictures from the last few days:

The King & Jill, arm in arm:

And The King, looking absolutely adorable while playing in his Frog Prince Creeper, a welcome to the world present from Trista:

And because you can’t really tell in that picture, a second one from the same photo shoot, with his little matching socks. He’s also in a froggy blanket, but I have no pictures where you can see both the frogs on the blanket and the socks.

(Astute observers may notice that today is not, in fact, Friday. But
the socks matched, so we went with it anyway. He also wore the Saturday
socks on Tuesday, but we told him that every day Aunt Anna visits is
like the weekend.)

PS, please don’t tell my parents that we left the elephant on the play-mat. Mom was so annoyed by the elephants on the pack & play mobile that she removed them and replaced them with giraffes and lions from the stuffed Noah’s Ark that Aunt Anna & Uncle Jason sent. It isn’t the poor elephant’s fault that he’s been appropriated as a symbol for much that we think is wrong in the world. But it does raise the question, why don’t any of these toys come with stuffed donkeys?

Fruit & Veg Count, 3/1: I think I had a little bit of apple, plus ~1/3 cup edamame & 10-12 baby carrots. And ravioli with spinach, does that count?
