I picked a bad day to resume being accountable for eating my fruits & veggies. Yesterday I had a strawberry, yes, 1. And ~32 oz of apple juice.

Thoughts & Prayers for Alex
Little Alex has minor surgery scheduled for today — he should be fine, but babies and anesthesia is always a little scary. So send his Mom & Dad your thoughts & prayers!
Noah is sending lots of baby love! And his mommies are sending the whole family lots of love too.

The food good news is that it looks like Noah is not allergic to milk protein after all!
