More Unbearable Cuteness
Posted by Liza under Personal
The Mamarazzi have been busy. We can’t help it, we have a really cute kid.
Here’s Noah looking like a charmer, this morning, before school:
And last night, showing off his fauxhawk in the bath. (He loved that fauxhawk. Click through and check out the other picture on Flickr.)
Last night, he also enjoyed attempting to escape from a secure location. He never did figure out that climbing would be easier if he put down the toy pizza.
PLLP 9/25: Fruit - 1 banana. Veg - small salad with lots of broccoli for lunch. Treats - 2 cookies at lunch.
PLLP-Related: We’re wondering if maybe Noah’s poor sleeping is affected by my caffiene intake. I have about the same amount on weekdays and weekends, which is the argument against that logic.
But Noah’s only sleeping a total of about 12 hours/day on weekdays, and that’s more than an hour less than the average for babies his age. So tomorrow we are going to start project cut the caff - 25% reduction per week over the next ~month, with exceptions allowed, and the possibility of staying at the 25% of current level.
Wish us all luck.

I LOVE the faux hauk! I see a punk rock hipster in the making!
…and he’s pretty cute with the pizza. I like the smiling pepperonis! Maybe he’ll go vegetarian?

Hi Liza,
I’ve been reading your blog for the past few months and think that you have a great family! Thanks for always sharing such great pictures and stories!
My partner and I live in the DC area and have been thinking about making a move to the Atlanta area. Through you writing, I know that this is a move that your family has recently made. I wonder if you might consider an entry (or an email) in which you discuss your move to Atlanta and how your family life has been affected by living in what we politicos consider a less progressive, red state.
My partner and I know that we want to have children in the next few years and I worry that already difficult issues such as second parent adoptions and such would be even more difficult while living in aconservative state like Georgia.
Thank you for your time!
Best,
Kate
