This has been a quiet week on the blog as I have been completely swamped at work.

Noah just finally went down for a nap and I am torn between cleaning the kitchen, organizing his outgrown clothes, playing on the computer, and napping myself. I started some laundry and the dishwasher.

He has been the kissiest little guy this weekend, on both of us. Also, we seem to have names now. Jill is Mommy and I am usually Babboo but sometimes Mama. These are the wonderful moments. The less wonderful moments are the fits he’s throwing when his will is thwarted, like when I insist on closing the freezer door or changing his diaper.

Speaking of diapers, I have to say, I am hating on our first experimental batch of 7th Generation disposables. He has soaked through his pjs and the top sheet the last 2 nights in them. I *really* hope my supplemental cloth diapers arrive soon, but even the ones I already have do better than this — damp jammies sometimes, but not soaking-strip-the-boy-before-a-morning-nurse-so-he-won’t-freeze-not-to-mention-smell kind of damp. Which is the kind of soaking I got, even with 2 disposable doublers in the 7th gen. :(

I wanted to like them, but I just don’t.
