Robin hit me up for this meme, and it is WAY harder than I thought. And I thought it would be hard! If you know me in real life, you know that 6 words is barely a sentence for me!

I do an exercise with students in which they have to do a 25-word self-definition (no more than 25 words, no fewer) in grammatically complete sentences.
Then they cut it down to ten.
And then to five.
At the end of this, they are all sold on the power of active verbs. It’s a fun exercise.
