Josie is precious and you should be the poster child for stamina. One week after giving birth I considered it a good day if I had enough energy to produce actual tears while I wept. Also, I'm very proud of myself for not pinching the baby to wake her up. I'm not going to lie, I considered it. (She would've wailed, and then I could've been all "Oh, here, let me hold her for you....") It was awesome to finally meet you, Liza!! It was awesome to meet the ladies and have them sign my already dog-eared book. We got there at 630 or so so we got a door prize too! Totally awesome blabla lion (Charles) and Ghandi shirt for Tommy. I think in part Tommy walking in carrying his dirty blabla cat Cloud (purchased at a weak moment in pregnancy when all I was seeing were pink cats or blue dogs and I was thrilled, being a cat person, to see a blue cat) might have swayed them a tad to give us a bag. Anyway, congrats on a successful outing! I almost asked if you had been there. They told me it mostly local bloggers who came out for the event. We went to the book signing too!
